Phillies RHP Myers cleared for long toss (AP)

Philadelphia right-hander Brett Myers has been cleared by an ophthalmologist for a long-toss session on Monday, three days after injuring his eye. Dr. John Michealos examined Myers' eye in Clearwater, Fla., on Sunday. Myers injured his eye when he slipped while getting out of his truck and hit his face Friday night.
