Dodgers get INF Belliard from Nationals (AP)
The NL West-leading Los Angeles Dodgers have acquired infielder Ronnie Belliard from the Washington Nationals for a minor leaguer and a player to be named. The Dodgers traded Class A pitcher Luis Garcia to the Nationals on Sunday. The 34-year-old Belliard hit .246 with five home runs and 22 RBIs for Washington.
