Phils’ Happ hurting, Moyer makes start (AP)

J.A. Happ is unable to make his start for the Philadelphia Phillies because of a strained a muscle in his side. He was replaced by Jamie Moyer. The team said Monday that Happ hurt himself while taking batting practice Saturday. Moyer started 22 games this season before he was moved to the bullpen Aug. 10.
