Boston Red Sox Blog
Playing in uniform of Red, midnight navy and white at the Fenway Park , the Boston Red Sox is an Eastern Division team of MLB’s American League. Founded way back in 1901, the team is named after the iconic uniform feature. The team indeed had a flying start as they won the first World Series in 1903. They followed up this success with more reasons for their fans to smile as they captured the title yet again in 1912, ’15, ’16, and ’18. After this however, they entered into the longest draught phase in the history that lasted for 86b years!
Apart from World Series, the Sox have also won the East Division Titles seven times in ’75, ’86, ’88, ’90, ’95 and ’07. They finally clinched the World Series title again in 2004 and quickly followed it up in 2007.
